The Freeman Falcons hosted their own tournament on Thursday evening with 10-teams competing.  The Falcons took an early lead in the tournament and maintained that lead until the end.  The wrestlers had an excellent night wrestling, and really gave the home crowd many matches to cheer about. 

The Falcons had eight medallists on the evening and wereled by three first place finishers.  Brent Heble (119) went 1 – 0 on the evening with a 33-second pin.  Ben Rogers then went 2 – 0 on the evening winning both matches with first period pins.  Tony Scholer (152) went 3 – 0 on the evening and won all have his matches with a pin in the first period. 

Freeman had three 2^nd place finishes on the evening.  Tim Nieveen (112) went 1 – 1 on the evening.  Nate Rogers (145) went 2-1 on the evening, and Dillon Buss (189) went 3 –1 on the evening.

The Falcons also had two 4^th place medallists.  Nick Krieger (103) and Mike Hamilton (275) went 0 – 2 and 2-2, respectively.

The Falcons will compete at Friend on Thursday for the annual Turkey Creek Invite.
