Evers Selected To Attend Breakfast For Champions

Eighth grader Allison Evers has been selected as Freeman Public Schools representative at the Breakfast for Champions on Friday, May 16. Allison, the daughter of Brian and Danelle Evers, was selected by a panel of Freeman teachers.
Sponsored by the Nebraska Alumni Association, the 10th annual Breakfast of Champions recognizes students based on their accomplishments in scholarship, leadership, and service.
Past and present Nebraska legends, academic champions, and even Olympians will participate in this event at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln. The event's purpose is to honor and inspire Nebraska's youth to continue their commitments to school and community. Like all other attendees, Allison will be presented with a Gold Medal of Achievement.
