School Physicals Information

School and Sports Physicals Information

 

  • Adams Primary Care and Tecumseh Family Health will be offering school/sports physicals to area students. You do not need to be an established patient to get a physical. Written consent is necessary if not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. These physicals must be prescheduled with our offices. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Physicians on staff are Dr. Stacey Goodrich and Dr. Jeff Damme. Physicians Assistants are Elizabeth Gobber and Sara Sharples. Please make your appointment as soon as possible by calling Adams at 988-2188 or Tecumseh at 335-2811.

 

  • Gage County Medical Center will be offering school/sports physicals on June 23 & 30 and July 10 & 13. They will be offered at a reduced rate of $35 and will include a UA dip and hemoglobin. These appointments need to be prescheduled with the office by calling 228-3436. You do not need to be an established patient, however written consent is necessary if not accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

 

  •  Beatrice Medical Center will be offering sports physicals on the following days for their patients only: May 29, June 8, June 18, July 9, July 22, and August 10. It will cost $35 for the physical and $10 for the UA (if needed.)
