Student Supply Listing 2010-2011

NOTE All Elementary Students need a pair of tennis shoes (with non-marking soles, never worn outside) to be left at school for P.E.


Falcon Before & After School Program: Kindergarten through 5th grade students participating in The Program will need to bring a package of #2 pencils and two large boxes of tissues.

 

Kindergarten
Paint Shirt (old adult size short-sleeved T-shirts), Rug (No Kindermats)
Back Pack/School Bag (No purse size backpacks or backpacks on rollers)
One pair of socks (For P.E. or after taking off snow boots)
4 Boxes of 8-Count Crayons, 5 Standard Pencils (#2 lead)
1 Family Size Box of Tissues

First Grade
Sharpened Pencils, Pencil Box, 1 Large Eraser
Box of Crayons (24-count or less) Colored Pencils (12-count or less)
1 Box of Washable Markers (8-12 count), 8 Glue Sticks
2 Large Boxes of Tissues, Book Bag
Paint Shirt (one of Mom or Dad's old short sleeved shirts)
Optional: quart size, gallon size, snack size Ziploc Bags

Second Grade
Dry Erase Markers (Niles/Andreasen)

Sharpened Pencils (No click pencils) & 2 Pencil boxes
4 Glue Sticks, Erasers, Red Ink Pen (for checking)
2 Two-Pocket Folders, 1 Three-Prong Fastener Folder (red)
Colored Pencils (12-count or less), Crayons (48-count or less)
Hand-Held Pencil Sharpener (to use with colored pencils)
2 Large Boxes of Tissues, Paint Shirt, Book Bag
Optional: addition & subtraction flash cards
We could also use quart size plastic storage bags with sliders. NO: gel pens, Trapper Keepers, or any unlisted items.

Third Grade
Pencils (#2 lead), Large Pink Eraser or Cap Erasers
1 Large Glue Stick or several small
Standard Size Pencil Box (Larger Ones Do Not Fit In Desks)
1 Box Of Crayons or Colored Pencils
2 Red Pens (For Checking)
2 Wide-Ruled Spiral Notebooks (70 page is fine)
5 Two-Pocket Folders (One of: blue, red, orange, yellow, green) 2 Large Boxes of Tissues
Book Bag (bags with wheels do not fit.)
3-ring binder (spine of 1 inch or less), 1 pkg. standard size index cards (100 count)
Fine tip dry erase markers, Dish pan
Optional: Donations of quart, gallon, and snack size Ziploc bags would be appreciated.

4th/5th/6th Grade Supply List

NO: Trapper Keepers, large binders, gel pens, large pencil boxes, scissors, notebooks w/o perforated edges, staplers

Junior High / High School

7 Two-Pocket Folders (One for each class)
Book Covers — Books must be covered (the stretch fabric covers do not protect well)Pencils/pens (For assignments/marking papers. Not erasable ink)

Memory Stick for saving computer work.

 

Pre-Algebra and Math Grade 7
Three-ring notebook and notebook paper
Pencils  (you will not be able to use a pen to do math)

 Calculator — Prefer one that does fractions. We have Texas Instrument T130X-A calculators for everyone in the classroom but students will not be able to take these home. Most students get by without a calculator or with a simple $3-$4 calculator. Optional: Erasers in case you make mistakes!


English grades 7& 8- Green, Yellow, Pink and Blue Highlighters, 

Art History grades 7-12- 9x12 sketchbook


English & Speech Students grades 8-12 – Note/index cards
