Rapunzel Performance

It’s out of the tower and on the run as a zany cast of friends and foes help Rapunzel’s harrowing escape from the towering imprisonment of Madame Gothel. Add a dash of French flair and a pinch of personal triumph and friendship and you have a story you won’t forget! Join us this Friday and Saturday, April 29th & 30th when the Missoula Children’s Theatre and more than 50 local students present an original musical adaptation of RAPUNZEL.

Playing the title character, Rapunzel, are local students Montana Bender and Caleigh Behrens. Nathan Hundley and Camden Behrens as the Princes, Mary Zeman as Madame Gothel, Brady Troxel and Faith Holland as Rapunzel’s Parents Maurice and Monique, Kaylee Denker, Mae Bigley, Meredith Ruyle, Kyla Davison, Cassidy Denney, Sadie Larkins, Hannah Stanley, Nevaeh Niles, Catie Reed as the Wood Elves, Faith Husband and Jenna Husband as the Ears of Corn, Grace VanEngen as the Potato, Addison Kastanek and Christina Waters as the Unicorns, Reese Glanz, Rebekah Delhay, Autumn Malchow, Grace Mencl, Nicole Davison as the Pixies, Ty Moss, Nolan Carrel, Solomon Delhay, Derek Krause, Levi Vandergriend, Drew Jensen as the Gremlins, Riley Bernhardt, Jordyn Pella, Molly Flanagan as the Billy Goats Gruff and Kodee VanDerSys as the Troll. The Three Bears and Beaver are made up of Luke Vandergriend, Ella Archer, Hayden Schaaf, Sam Troxel. Summer Buss, Anna Johansen, Alicia Johansen, Savannah Denker will play the Ogres. Appearing as the Mushrooms are Kinsley Bures, Kenzi Wingate, Trinity Buss, Erica Troxel, Carson Malchow, Brayden Wilcox, Sophia Keebler, Noah Fricke, Zoey Huetson, Allie Bruns, Riggin Schaaf, Cameron Good, Mason Podtburg, Skyler Meuller, Kinley Bolyard, and Tracy Reyes. Anna Abbot, Grace Vandergriend, Eli Delhay, and Curtis Krause as Assistant Directors throughout the week.

RAPUNZEL will be presented at 7:00 p.m. at Freeman Public Schools. Tickets are Adults - $6, Senior Citizens - $5, Students K-12 - $4, Preschool and younger are free and are available the night of each performance at the door.
