Nearly 30 World Ambassadors for the EF Foundation for Foreign Study stopped to visit and tour Freeman Public Schools on Friday, Sept. 11.  The group was traveling the United States to see how foreign exchange students experience life in the U.S.

The EF Foundation is a non-profit foreign exchange organization designated by the U.S. Department of State. It is committed to the concept of exploring the "Global Classrooms," bringing international exchange students between the ages of 15-18 to the United States to experience a year of academic and home life experiences.
Freeman High School traditionally hosts one or two students per year in this exchange program and was pleased that the group chose Freeman to tour.  Some of the countries represented on the tour were Germany, France, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Austria, Japan, and China.
